The Palmetto Association for Children and Families (PAFCAF) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) membership organization that was established in 1986.

The mission of PAFCAF is to provide education, support and leadership that strengthens the capacity of member agencies to produce positive outcomes for children and their families. PAFCAF is a recognized leader for issues impacting the lives of children and families in South Carolina.
