Job Qualifications: 

Three Rivers Midlands is a comprehensive behavioral health facility treating children and adolescents through residential (PRTF) and partial hospitalization services (PHP). We treat males and females ages 6-21 for a wide spectrum of psychiatric issues, addictive behaviors, and chemical dependency related illnesses.
Must possess demonstrated leadership ability, the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups and individuals, strong oral and written communication skills. 

Must possess knowledge of therapeutic relationships as relates to adolescents, 
therapeutic processes, adolescent growth and development, limit setting and behavior management, CPI & CPR

Must have valid SCDL in good standing to be an eligible driver; must be able to work in a fast paced environment

Undergraduate degree in health related field, education, recreation, psychology or social services OR Associate degree in health related field, education recreation, Psychology or social services with at least 3 years experience OR R.N. or L.P.N. with current licensure and 3 years experience OR High school degree and at least 3 years direct experience regardless of Educational credentials; must be Direct care experience working with adolescents/children in Residential, juvenile/domestic relations, education or recreation Setting.  
One year supervisory experience required.

Working Conditions:
Works throughout the facility in both general office settings and clinical areas. Some risk involved in the event of aggressive/out-of- control resident; must possess physical ability to assist restraining resident under such circumstances and operate facility vehicle. Schedule includes long hours, evenings, weekends and holidays. 
Must possess valid, SC Driver's License.
