Job Responsibilities: 

The duties would include but not limited to cleaning the main house and the business office of Nancy K. Perry Children’s Shelter as well as help the younger children maintain their bedrooms. (they will clean and make their beds, the housekeeper would do any touch up necessary)  This would include “normal” housework, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping etc.  The housekeeper would also occasionally have to answer phones, the front door and do laundry for any children under middle school age.  The older children/teens are assigned a day to do their own laundry as part of their independent living skills.

Job Qualifications: 

Occasional supervision of the children would also occur.  So patience with children is a must.
